CLIENT REVIEW
If you have never tried cuddle therapy but are tempted to give it a go, then please do.
It is one of the best therapies ever that should be tried more often, as it would brighten up everyone’s day.
I’ve only seen Kristiina twice in two years due to financial reasons and having a busy schedule, but if I had the money and the time I would book her every week for a cuddle session.
Any tension that you may suffer from will go away by the end.
My latest session was just what I needed as I hate going to bed alone at night hugging a pillow.
She made me feel welcomed and started off by hugging me standing up which felt so comforting. Next we tried different cuddle positions on the bed, which included spooning and side by side.
We occasionally chatted about various topics and had a good laugh.
The other fact to point out is how lovely Kristiina’s gentle strokes are on your back or hair when cuddling.
I was so gutted when the session ended as I literally could have spent the whole day just hugging Kristiina.
However long you book for, cuddle therapy is worth every penny.
I cannot wait to book her again.’

About me
“I recently had a session with Kristiina. She was amazing! She is very warm soul! It was my first Cuddle Therapy session, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to except but she put me totally at ease. Since the appointment, I have felt more relaxed, I have been sleeping better and I have given myself more self-care. Thank you so much Kristiina!” - Lyn, Brighter Spaces
Hi! :) I'm Kristiina! :)
Originally from the Baltics, a tiny country (with one million people only!) called Estonia and currently living in London. I've been a cuddle therapist for the past 5 years now and believe in the healing power of cuddling and platonic touching. I’m a warm-hearted person, a good listener & HSP (a highly sensitive person) who enjoys the simple things in life and connecting deeply with other people - other people are the brightest things on my radar! I feel like cuddling is such a beautiful way to feel comfort and love.
You: A cuddle therapy session is your time to receive the love and attention that you deserve. It is customized to help create comfort, relaxation, and nurturing affection.
My cuddle session is a combination of cuddling while sitting and/or lying down, silence or talking, holding hands, eye gazing, belly to belly breathing, gentle platonic caresses (f. e on head, arms, back) and standing hug to begin the session.
I love to put also skylights, candles, incense and relaxing meditation/nature music for the session but all of these are completely optional! You can either lie down and receive my cuddles & touch fully, or cuddle and caress me back - I'm really flexible.
Down below are some of my qualifications and experiences:

Interesting fact to consider: HSP's personality trait is present in 20% of the population but reaches as high as 50% of people in therapy. As an HSP myself it's been a pleasure working with many Highly Sensitive men and I am a passionate advocate for increasing more positive & empowering awareness around this unique trait.
-
Certification in Somatic Trauma Integration (stress is stored not only in the mind but in the energy of the body. Through gentle touch and mindful connection you can have the opportunity to release deep- seated pain & restore your body-mind harmony.)
If there is anything you would like to ask, please just click on the 'Book Now' button and send me a message. You don't have to make a booking. Some people find approaching strangers quite challenging, especially if the conversation is going to be about something as personal as cuddling. If that's you, please don't worry - I'll be very happy to hear from you. I will try to be as helpful as possible answering any questions that you might have and we can take it from there! :)

My personal life & approach
My approach to bidirectional touch therapy
- Over the years I've found that touch therapy can be especially effective in creating cues of safety, because of its direct and palpable experience of support. Feeling 'safe in the arms of another' is among the most powerful routes to reestablishing an internal sense of well-being. Of course, using physical contact as a form of therapy is an extremely delicate endeavour, since depending on a client's history, touch can be among the most dangerous cues he or she can receive. So, in this realm, I move slowly and carefully, making sure the client is always in charge of the process.
- I don’t see my clients as deficient, I see them as people who can learn how to create or overcome, someone who simply can develop further in certain life areas & in connection to their own body and emotions. I create a very patient, gentle, unforced space which will be personally pleasant and relaxing as well as supportive.
My Personal life
- I have my own spiritual journey and a number of practices: a long term practice of meditation and a range of other personal development practices which contribute to my energy when working with clients.
- My work with clients doesn’t serve any of my own emotional or physical needs. I am in a committed relationship to my long term partner and all my personal needs are fulfilled with him. My partner believes in what I do and supports me in my work fully, because like me he considers it important work. My work with clients is entirely for the benefit of the client, where my enjoyment comes from professional satisfaction of helping people and delivering results in the area in which I specialize.
- When I don’t work with clients, I spend a lot of my time on research in my field and studying somatics/psychology/mental health and general wellbeing. My work is my calling which I live and breathe daily and my greatest passion in life, so it never really stops.
- I work with clients on select days every month – after the initial conversation I can give you my availability.
